  • If magazine-capacity reductions, AR-15 bans, gun-free zones, universal background checks or no-fly lists will stop or reduce mass shootings.

  • How to create an emergency operations plan, and what the special security considerations are for schools, churches or businesses.
  • How to use the Run, Hide, Fight methodology.
  • How to perform triage and treat the wounded.
  • What Have We Learned About Mass Shooters?
  • Countering the Threat.

Emergency First Aid Fundamentals Main Course Description

You will learn — in great detail — the proper way to treat significant trauma, including serious bleeding, chest injuries, a compromised airway, spinal injuries, broken bones and more.

While the difference between a trained civilian and a highly skilled EMT or paramedic might seem quite substantial, their end-goal is ultimately the same: Sustain the life of the patient until he or she can be delivered to an emergency room. YOU can get the know-how to operate at a high level and help save the life of someone in dire need.
