REFUND, CANCELLATION, AND RESCHEDULE POLICY

•No Refunds: All payments are final. Refunds are not available under any lcircumstances.

•Rescheduling Policy: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a class. Any changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a no-show, and payment will be forfeited.

•Class Cancellations: Classes are not canceled. In the event of inclement weather, classes will proceed as scheduled.

•Rescheduling Due to Weather: Students may reschedule through their confirmation or reminder emails, as well as text reminders, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice due to inclement weather will result in a 30-day waiting period before rescheduling is allowed.
