WEATHER, REFUND, CANCELLATION, AND RESCHEDULE POLICY

Weather

While our range is covered, if you’re still uncomfortable due to poor weather conditions, you have the following options:

  • Reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice using the link in your confirmation or reminder email/text.

  • With less than 24 hours’ notice due to inclement weather, you may still reschedule by emailing [email protected] with your preferred new date.

  • Complete the classroom portion as scheduled and postpone your range qualification due to weather, completing it on a later date

REFUND POLICY

No Refunds: All payments are final. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

•Rescheduling Policy: 24 hours notice is required to reschedule a class and apply full payment towards the rescheduled class. Less than 24hrs notice will be a case-by-case basis. You may reschedule through your confirmation or reminder email with 24 hours notice. 

CANCELLATIONS

•Class Cancellations: Classes are rarely canceled.
